0:00 Hey, what's going on? So, I'm gonna be showing you how to take deposits from clients, uhm, this is one of the most frequently asked questions, so let's suppose that we have, uhm, so I'm gonna go here to my Tirebase POS orders, I'm gonna go ahead and say that, uhm, I got Fernando Herrera here, who's about 0:21 to buy these four tires, I'm gonna change this to four, Bye for now. And let's suppose that it's $580, but he wants to leave a $100 deposit, right, so the first thing you're gonna do is, you're gonna obviously open the order, click on the number, you're gonna go here on the payments button, and you're 0:38 gonna determine how much money is he leaving, so, hey, we agreed on $200, you're gonna change this to $200, and you're gonna pick the payment method of your choice, so in this case, let's say that he actually is leaving, Zelda me the money, that's one of the most popular ways now to take money, but again 0:52 , it could be card, it could be check, it could be whatever payment method you have, and then, you know, I can just put the reference number if I wanted to, I'm just gonna click add, and now, as you can see, it says balance of $380 with $0.48, I can go ahead and close this, and as you can see, my balance 1:07 here is showing $380, $480, I can go ahead, save and close, I could go do something else, I can have a column here show up, the balance, uh, but we don't have it set up, but if, if you wanna know how to configure your filter views and all that, then go to knowledge base and, and search for filter views 1:25 on that video, but that's how you do a deposit, again, if I preview, I'll be able to see that there's a deposit here for $200, uh, and also, if I print the work order, the quote, I believe, yes, I should be able to see here, that there's a $200 deposit as well here, so now, once I'm ready to finalize 1:41 this invoice, I'll just click finalize, it's gonna tell me that I still need to collect the $380 bucks left, uh, and I'm gonna go ahead and add that payment, and then, finally, it's gonna let me to finalize this invoice, right? 1:53 So, hopefully, this was helpful, thank you so much, and, yeah, take care.
