0:15 And, what we're going to do is, we're going to click the appointment checkbox here. And, we're going to select a date of appointment.
0:22 So, in this case, I'm going to go to, the 22nd. And, we're going to have this installed, ah, by 1.20 PM for the 22nd.
0:36 And, we can either select here the technician, whoever is going to do, ah, the install to this tire. So, we're just going to select Javier here.
0:46 And, the seller is over okay in that case. So, we already have all this information. If you go ahead and click in here the convert to work order, ah, option, the system is going to convert it to work order.
1:00 Now, we can close it. And, we can go to the appointment section. So, as you can see right here, ah, we have our appointment for the 22nd.
1:09 This is the customer. Whenever we select this appointment, we're going to be able to see, ah, the work order details.
1:14 So, we are going to see, okay, so it's going to be, ah, this is the vehicle, okay, this is going to be the technician, and these are the tires we're going to install, ah, to this vehicle, basically.
1:26 And, from here, ah, what you can do also is you can, ah, send an SMS to your customer, just letting them know, ah, you have an appointment with them.
1:34 Ah, and there's also the status, is. Ah, for the orders, in this case, this is a work order, and there's also the modification for the technician.
1:43 So, let's just say, for some reason, Javier Martinez couldn't do it, ah, ah, for that date. So, we're just going to change the technician in this section.
1:51 So, we just click here on the Change Technician option, and from here, we can select, ah, the other technicians. So, in this case, we're going to go with Tim, Update, and System Already Installed.
