Hello team welcome to another video for Tirebase. In this video we're going to see the procedure, ah, to authorize, or to request authorization from your customers.
Whenever you've finalized, or if you have a quote, if you have a work order, and you want to have authorization, or request authorization from your customer, we're going to see the procedure on how to do that, alright?
So, we're going to go to the section of, ah, work orders. We're going to select the model. Module work orders.
And we're going to start a new order. In this case, just select any customer you have, ah, and we're going to move forward with this.
So, ah, for now, we're going to select a product, alright? And let's just say the customer wanted to have this, ah, tire, and also a tire mount base.
We're going to delete these. Okay, so we can have only a tire mount base. And, uhm, and this product, this tire here.
Okay, so let's just say the customer, ah, is out. So right now, we only want to have, ah, the customer sign or, ah, authorize this product here.
So what we can do is we can, ah, select this button here, the request authorization button. And the first thing you're going to notice is that it's going to let you know, ah, what kind of, ah, authorization you want to send.
So in this case, if I, ah, click on the drop-down menu, we have the option to send it via email.
We also have the option to add it via SMS, in-person or call, which all these are, ah, whenever you select in-person or call, you are going to be able to select from here, ah, if the customer authorizes or declines any item.
So, if the customer only wants, wants the tires, you could just, ah, select here, authorized, leave the, the other one, the tire amount based, declined, and just click save.
And, as you can see, the system is going to only consider the authorized one, and the, the client one is not going to, ah, be added to the, ah, overall or total balance in this case.
Ah, and this can also be displayed whenever you save this order. So, let me just copy here, ah, or quote a number.
So, I'm going to save and close this, and we, ah, verify this order. If we go to the, ah, we'll go to modules detail.
In this case, ah, we're going to see the, ah, the item that the, the customer, ah, authorized, and the one that he declined.
Ah, so, in this case, the open balance, ah, would be the same. So, ah, it would be only interacting, and this case, ah, with the order, ah, items that have been declined, or the ones that have been authorized.
Also for the action section, so if you go here, ah, you can send a sign to the customer, ah, but, if you want to make an unauthorization via SMS, I would highly recommend you to select, ah, the request authorization, and then go to the SMS option, and then you can send it.
Ah, but also you can do it via email, and the customer would have, ah, that information there, so if you click next here, the system allows you to modify the message for this, ah, for this request authorization, and you can also, ah, select the items at the bottom, ah, this is also for SMS, this works
, ah, the same, and once you select all the orders, ah, all the, ah, items in the order, you can send to sign in this case, ah, or send to authorization, and the, the customer would be able to authorize on their end.
Ah, but this is a procedure on how you can basically, ah, send for authorization or request authorization from your customers, ah, for any order that you have within Firebase.
