Hello, welcome to another video for Tirebase. In this video, we're going to see how to create filter views for your work orders module.
So, I'm here at the work orders module here, as you can see, and here are my views. So, we can create, edit, and delete this filter views in case you need them.
And the way on how you can do this, so here I can see the open orders, as you can see, also close to orders, this is another view, so I can see all of my closed orders.
But, if I want to create a new one, what you can do is you can go to the settings section, okay, I'm going to open it up in another tab.
So, as you can see, this is the settings section, and we're going to go all the way down to filter views.
So, here's a filter views option. Okay, from here, we're going to be able to see all of our filter views, uh, displayed here.
We can edit them, uh, by clicking on the edit button. And, if you want to create a new one, let's just create a new one that has, uh, pending orders, in this case.
So, we have open orders, but let's just say we have, uh, orders that are with the state of pending. So, if we go and click on the add button, we can create here pending orders.
This is going to be the name of the filter view. Thank you. In this case, we're going to have, uh, last two months.
We're going to leave it like that. Visible rows, you can add this, uh, specify how many items you want to display on, on one page.
So, in this case, these are 13 items. And, if you want to have more, you can just select in here, uh, 20, let's just say.
And, we can select the platform. In this case, I would recommend you, if you're using Teraxis or e-commerce by selecting the option.
These two, or if you want to have all, just select all in here. Okay, the type, uh, in this case, would be a work order.
Uh, we, we're not going to have a pending order as invoice. So, we're just going to leave that as for work orders, for quotes.
And, also, we're going to have that as, uh, open invoice. That's another option. We can also display that. And, these are the orders that I want to display in this view that I'm creating right now.
Okay, so, these are the ones I selected. And, the status would be pending. So, this is the status I want to track, uh, with this, uh, filter view.
Okay, so, from here, we can start selecting what are the columns that we want to, uh, display for this filter view.
So, I want the quote work order number. In this case, it's going to be like, like so, or we'll code a number this is the order.
Uh, also, invoice number, we don't need that. Account ID, that's okay. Customer name, yeah. Uh, the customer email in case we want to contact that, uh, customer.
Uh, customer phone, we're not going to, uh, get that information or, okay, we're going to have, uh, customer phone just to consult with them.
If you want to have the status, that's an option as well the total. And you can also have, uh, information on deposit on sale, work order date, this might be a good, uh, admin and also if you have an option to add, uh, the appointment day, if you have appointments, uh, you can also display the appointment
section in this part. Uh, but take a look at all these, uh, options and you can, uh, decide which ones you want to display in the system.
Uh, the system says, normally, that for, uh, performance reasons, the filter views will be limited to 3,000 records, okay? So, just keep that in mind if you want to consult any more information, you can always type in, uh, at the top of the work order section, uh, to verify or to search, uh, for your
orders. But once you have that information, you can also mark this as default, so if you want this, uh, once your, uh, employees open, uh, open the work order module, if you want them to have that, uh, uh, a certain view to be displayed, uh, first, you can also add that as default.
So, in this case, the one we have as default is, well, we're going to take a look at that, uh, but let me just, uh, save this.
Okay, this is the pending order, and the, the one that's default is this one, the open order section. So, as you can see, the all option is displayed as, uh, normal, but open orders has, uh, that option as default.
So, if I go to work orders, and I'm at the all section, as you can see, and I refresh the page, the system's going to have displayed the open order section as default, as you can see right here, okay?
So, just keep that in mind if you want to mark that as, as, uh, as, as. default. In this case, we already created our pending order, so if we go back to orders, here's the pending order view, as you can see.
If I click here, the system's going to display, uh, the quote or quota number, which we specified, the customer, the email, phone number, status, and the total.
Uh, you can also add more information if you want to, uh, regarding these orders, but in this case, since this is an e-commerce, uh, uh, order, we can also save it and close, uh, and keep that consistency, uh, for orders that we just have, but in this case, the system's going to display only, uh, orders
with, uh, pending status, as you can see. Uh, but yeah, this is how you can create your filter views for your orders.
Let me know if you have any questions, and have a good day.
