In this video, I walk you through the steps to set up the FTP for sending inventory. You'll need to go to Settings > FTP Share Inventory, and fill in the host, username, password, and port. Make sure to choose the correct price level, create a consistent file name, and select the appropriate locations and timing for the data transfer. Remember to set it to active; otherwise, it won't send.
