Hello team, let me show you the procedure you must follow to have the card on file option available at TowerBase.
So first of all, we're going to go to settings and we're going to go to tech payments. The most important thing here is the HPP URL and the authorization token.
This must be active and already specified here and saved in order for this option to work. This is the first step.
The second step would be, we're going to go to permissions and then we're going to select, uh, our role in this case.
I'm going to select admin in this, uh, for this situation. And I'm going to go all the way down to allow users to use cards on file.
Uh, so we're going to turn on this option for that specific user. And step three would be, we're going to go all the way to our admin.
Our customer, this is my customer here. And we're going to, uh, add a new card as you can see at the bottom here.
Here are the cards on file. So once we're here, we can just, uh, type in the card number, the month and year, CVV.
And from here, uh, we can just save the card Uh, in this case, this is a test card, so it probably won't appear, but if you did that correctly, you should be able to go to card option, select card on file, and then you're going to be able to see your card, uh, in this section, uh, if it was successful
, since this was a test card, it won't appear in this option, but you should be able to do that, uh, with your true credentials.
Thank so much. Bye. Uh, the real credentials, uh, for the customer. And, yeah, this is the, uh, the option on how you can do that, uh, procedure.
Once you select the card on file and select the card, uh, you can go straight and make that payment, uh, on the section for paying out for the, for the customer.
Let me know if you have any questions on this, uh, procedure, and have a good day. Thank you.
