Hello, welcome back to another video for Tirebase. In this video we're going to see the procedure on how to create a Tire Access account for your customer so they can access online and see your stock, ah, and order also from that side.
So, we're going to select a customer from here. It can be any customer, so I just created this customer, ah, for this example.
And, as you can see, ah, we have the address in this case, ah, this is, ah, something important as well.
And we're going to go all the way down to the Tire Access tab here, ah, by selecting the arrow. So, this is the end account I just created, but I want to create a new one.
So, if I click Add, the system's going to allow me to type in the customer's name. I can, from here, ah, just, ah, type in the information of his email, so I'm just gonna put Josh Beaman.
2026 at entirebase.io, okay? And as you can see, the system already updated, ah, this is going to be the password, ah, for your customer, so they can access, and then they can change the password.
And we're going to select the locations. So, in this case, we have three locations. If I just select these two, the customer's not going to be able to access the other two.
Then, Inventory, okay? Ah, so if I click Save, the system's going to generate a new, ah, account, and we can, ah, ah, from this point, we can share this email, and, ah, let the, our customer know that the password is these characters behind the at character, okay?
From here, you can change, ah, edit, ah, the locations from the customer email. You can also make modifications to deactivate the, ah, the access, so as you can see, this one is an, a, a disabled, ah, account, so this, this account should not be able to access our inventory.
And there's also the option for you to change the password, which, if you click here, you can type in any password here, ah, and save and share this, ah, to your customer, or you can just auto-generate a new one, okay?
So, with that information, we're going to use this email to access TarAxis, ah, now we're going to, ah, ah, take a look at what the customer, ah, would look, ah, whenever they try to access through, ah, TarAxis, so now we're going to pretend to be, ah, the customer.
We're going to go to TarAxis at tarabase.io, and the customer should be able to just select here, ah, paste the email, and use, ah, these characters as the password, okay?
So, as you can see, it's the same. We can just type in login, and we can save this also, ah, and the customer can change the password from here by selecting this, ah, ah, this button here, this drop-down, selecting profile, make modifications on the user, which is this one, and make modifications on
the password by clicking update, both of it. it. Okay, so if we go back to this section for Tire Action.
This is the main screen. Ah, from here, the customer can start, ah, searching for their tires, wheels, parts, ah, but also they can type in MFG, ah, ah, codes.
In this case, this is an MFG for a product that we have, ah, within the system, and we're going to type in two items, alright?
So in this case, we already used this one, ah, for another customer, so if I click add, ah, the information of the ah, card is going to be saved by device, so just keep that in mind, ah, your customer should have no problem by, ah, adding anything and just, ah, get out of the system and come back to
Tire Access and see the, in the card what they had, ah, in store here. So this is the, ah, the, the product that we just added, these two units, we're going to go to checkout, and we can select from here the chip to location, the delivery method that we're going to use.
And they can also specify a PO number, a reference number, or notes if they want to specify something within this order.
So once they click here, place order, the system is going to place that order. If we click here and go to orders, the system is going to, ah, let us know, ok, so this customer, ah, this is the, the tire, or the units he, he added, and this is the total, and they can print it from here also.
Ah, it was If we go back to the system, and we go to our orders, ah, the system is going to display that information for tire access customers as, as such.
So it says tire access, here's the name of the customer, and from here we can take it, ah, ah, from here we can start adding payments, we can communicate with the customer, add technician, appointments, ah, as a normal order, but the part of the customer, the, the customer already made the order.
And and we should be able to get that information here. Ah, but this is the procedure on how to create a, a tire access, ah, account.
Let me know if you have any questions regarding this procedure, and have a good day.
