How to Create a Ticket with Tire Base?

0:00 Hello, in this video I'm going to be showing you how to create a support ticket, uh, so, as of April 28th, we're no longer going to be accepting email ticketing, uh, or emails for tickets or support requests. 0:15 We're going to try to funnel everything through the platform. So, when you log in, you're going to see this support tab, uhm, that's where you, you're going to want to click. 0:23 you're going to die. Then click on open a ticket, and then once you, uhm, have this module, you're going to put the subject, the description, the priority, uh, P1 pretty much is critical, meaning it has stopped your operation or something extremely, you know, urgent, and then P2, P3, P4 just kind of 0:45 lowers the priority. The type bug is pretty common. Pretty much anything that the system's failing, like, again, if the system is not working, then it's a bug. 0:55 If it's something that's working but could be done better, or perhaps it's an improvement, then you would select improvement, and then you can just select those. 1:04 If you need to add or upload files, you can do so here, uhm, and again, if you need to add loom links, you can also do that there. 1:12 But, once you have that, you can also see your open tickets, uh, again, clicking on the support tab, you can see what open tickets you have, and then whether our team or not has, uh, responded to them, right, so, for example, these ones that have a red, uhm, attention mark means that it needs your attention 1:31 , and the ones that are pending means that our team, uh, needs to respond to them. So, in this case, uh, you know, this one, Tirebase has not yet responded, but this one, apparently, you know, Tirebase support team has already responded with some sort of, uh, comment. 1:45 Now, uh, you are gonna be able to see what open tickets and closed tickets you have, and then that way you should be able to easily keep track of that.
