Hello guys, welcome to another video for Tirebase. In this video we're going to see the procedure on how to manage inspections within Tirebase.
Ah, so let me just show you, ah, the procedure here. So, first of all, the thing, ah, the first thing you need is to have a work order already set up for a customer that has a vehicle.
So if we go in here and add a vehicle to a customer, we can do that by just simply adding it manually.
You can do that, ah, in here. So we're going to just put, ah, this random information, ah, so we can just have the information from the license plate.
Okay, so we're going to put this information and we're going to save. We're going to use this vehicle here. Okay, so in here we can do, ah, we can use any labor or anything, or if you want to have your items here you can do that.
You can do But basically, if we want to, ah, start an inspection in here we can also just, ah, select it from the section of inspections here, the add inspection button, or you can also save and close.
This is, ah, the order 33.95. Okay, if we go to the inspection section we can add a new one by clicking here and selecting the one that has, ah, this number 33.95.
This is the order we did. Ah, so as you can see, only orders that have vehicle, ah, are eligible for, ah, to have inspections here.
And before we jump into the inspection, let me just show you where you can change those, ah, parameters. So if we go to the settings section we're going to be able to access also the inspection questions.
And if you have this option ah, this option is off, the system is not going to show any inspection, but you can create your own.
So if you're going to have, ah, inspect, if you're going to inspect something, ah, within the car, so let's just say, ah, you want to inspect, ah, mirrors, let's just put it like that.
We can add that to this order, to this section. And we can, ah, display that on the order, ah, on the inspection section.
Ah, also if you turn off all these, so we're going to turn off steering and suspension, safety lights, windshield. Okay, and we're going to almost only leave, ah, the engine, fluid levels, belts, we're going to turn off belts as well.
So we're only going to have, ah, also hoses here. Ah, we're going to only have, ah, the tires. Engine, and we created the one with mirrors.
So these are, these are the only parameters we're going to add to the inspection. So as you can see, you can edit those at any point and add any question that you need.
So if we go back to the inspections, we're going to select our customer, and we're going to create the, ah, inspection.
And once we click begin inspection, the system is only going to consider the ones we added. So tires, engine, and mirrors.
mirrors. Tires, engine, as you can see. So in here, we can put any description. You have 250 characters, so just to put, like, a description of the tires, ah, tires, and good shape, we can put that as okay.
And if the engine is, ah, quite, ah, ah, uhm, bad somehow, so it needs God bless. Attention. And finally, mirrors, ah, no mirrors for the car.
So as you can see, ah, we can have description, we can have the status of the actual, ah, uhm, ah, inspection, and also Also, we have the option to add any, image.
So once you click here, you can, ah, select an image and upload it, ah, from your device, ah, directly. Ah, but once you select that, ah, image, ah, just make sure to add that, ah, in here.
So if I click the select image option, the system is going to prompt, ah, me to upload an image. Ah, but once we have that information, we can also, ah, save this, and basically you can print it.
I and the system is only going to display, ah, the descriptions as you can see here, and it's only going to display, ah, the information regarding, ah, what you, ah, added to that, ah, inspection itself.
So, ah, here's for tires, here's the question, here's the description, you can have that description displayed here, and also here are the inspection, ah, status for each one of these.
Ah, but with that being said, ah, this is the procedure on how you can create inspections within Tirebase. Ah, normally, you can also, ah, go to the, ah, all section for the, ah, this section, and also, ah, did you notice there's a, like, ah, ah, signal here or a logo, it says there are pending inspections
. So, whenever you access your filter views or if you're looking into that, ah, section, ah, you can also see this, ah, ah, tick icon here, ah, that's going to let you know that the vehicle, basically, or that the order has an inspection pending here.
Ah, so once we open this order, ah, we can also, ah, go to the inspection section and just select, ah, from the drop-down inspections.
You can have as many inspections as you need, ah, so you can, from here, ah, select the vehicle so this are in good shape, ah, but for those that we don't have, so in this case, if you don't have, if the mirrors have that, ah, special, ah, alert, ah, you can search here, mirrors, if you have those, and
if you, this, ah, ah, provide those mirrors, you can just search for your vehicle in this, ah, I mean, your product, and you should display that.
Ah, but in this case, let's just say we're going to add any, any part here so let's see if we have breaks okay so yes we're gonna take this as if it was a mirror and we're gonna put two here, ah, so we're gonna put add and the system is gonna add that, ah, to the actual inspection so if we go to the
order section, ah, there's gonna be also a, a inspection item section that's gonna give you, ah, the context on from where, ah, that, ah, actual, ah, item comes from.
Ah, but yeah, this is how it you can basically, ah, add inspections to your orders. This is how you can also address those, ah, inconsistencies or alerts by adding the, ah, product here also to the, to the order.
And this is how it, it's gonna be displayed. So if you print this up, I'm gonna print this up and, ah, so you can see how it looks like whenever we open it up in an order.
So the system is gonna have, ah, the information, ah, for that, ah, the break. It's gonna be displayed here. There's also, ah, ah, the section for, for the, ah, open balance in case you have, ah, that, ah, displayed.
Ah, but yeah, normally it, it is added to the work order, ah, as is. Ah, but yeah, this is how you can create orders within, ah, or inspections in this case for orders, ah, within Compass.
TowerBase. Let me know if you have questions regarding this procedure, and have a good day.
