Hello everyone and welcome back to another video for TeraBase. In this video, we're going to see how to create services, and in this case, how to apply rules, ah, to certain products and work orders.
Ah, so let's jump right into it. If we go into the Products and Services module, we're going to find the Services tab here.
So as you can see, we can create as many services as we want, and we're going to create a new one in this case.
So we're going to call it, we're going to select it for, ah, the main store in this case. We're going to do it non-taxable, you can select if it's taxable or not.
Services number here, we're going to put, ah, Tire Disposal Fee 01, and Tire Disposal Fee, alright? We're also going to select, ah, the quantity role here, if you select one per order, the system is going to add one labor per order in this case, but if you select one per item, it's only going to add,
ah, one. If you add multiple items, it's going to be adding multiple times as well, but if, in this case, we're going to put it one per order, I mean, one per item, so we can, ah, just select it, ah, ah, under the item.
Ah, in this case, we're going to put a pricing, ah, of, ah, $15, ah, you can also select a percentage, ah, pricing, and this is only works for one per item, ah, quantity rules.
Okay? So, in this case, we, we can select a description, ah, if you want to add any description to this specific service, and here are our rules.
So, here's the Appliant Rules section. Currently, we can only apply rules, ah, to tires, ah, there's no way, ah, as of now, to apply rules to, ah, wheels or to, ah, parts, ah, but you have to apply them, ah, based on, on the, on the size of the tire.
Okay, so in this case, ah, the tire width, in this case, we're going to put, ah, 205, we're going to select from 205 to 20 to 15 okay also for expert ratio for 55, 60, is going to be our range, you can put the range, any range you want, and you can select, ah, like, if you only want rim size to apply
to rules, you can only specify rim size and the system is going to consider the rim size in this case.
Also, ah, 16 and 17 is going to be our, ah, rim size range, and now that we have, ah, our rules set up, we can save this order, I mean, this, ah, labor, so you can see it has been added, and if we go to a, to a, ah, to create a new order or work order, ah, we're going to go to new order, we're going
to select a customer, from here we're going to select 205 55 16, so this is the, the size, ah, that we practically specified for that specific labor, so if we select a, one of these tires, 205 55 16, we add the product, and the system is going to add, ah, the, the labor, as you can see, automatically
to that specific part, in this case, ah, a tire, so, ah, once you add this labor, you You can see there's a narrow pointing to the actual labor from the, the product we have on top, ah, to the labor, so this means, ah, this labor was added by this product automatically, so as you can see, and from here
, you can make any modifications to the, ah, description of the labor, you can also make modifications on price, total, ah, and if you want to add FAT in this section, there's also the option for you to do that, and if you wanted it to be taxable, you can just check the, ah, the taxable, ah, ah, checkbox
here, and the system's going to apply taxes to that specific labor. Ah, but this is how you can add your services, ah, within Tirebase, and you can apply those rules, ah, to several, ah, rim sizes, or if you want, ah, a specific rim size, you can also do that for rim size, for speed ratio, and for tire
width. Ah, let me know if you have questions regarding this procedure, and have a good day.
