Hello team, welcome back to another video for Tirebase. In this video, we're going to see the procedure on how to do the backorder product.
So, basically, if you're using Tire Access and you want products with zero stock to appear there as a backorder option, you can do this within Tirebase.
So, let me show you the procedure. So, as of now, if we go to the products and services section, you should be able to see all of the products that normally have stock or not.
So, if you find a product that has no stock in your, in this section, so if we use this product right here, let's just say we want this product to appear at Tire Access.
So, as of now, we do have a price set up here, So it should appear in that section just to make sure you have, ah, a cost or a standard cost, last cost, average cost for that product, ah, and you, and make sure you have a specific price over zero, ah, so it can be shown in Tire Access.
But if you don't have stock in here, you can go to the, ah, settings section here, and then we're going to go all the way down to the Tire Access module.
And from here, you're to be able to see another. App, which is the Backorder Products. So if we click here in the Backorder Products, you're going to be able, ah, to do, ah, several processes.
One, one of them is if you, if you want to find your product, so as you can see here, we do have this product, ah, added to the Backorder section.
But if you don't have that product, and if you're trying to find it here, and, and, and you, you cannot find it, you can go into the Quick Lookup option here, Thank you.
and find your product here. So, if I type in 255516, click Search, the system is going to bring all the products, ah, that match, ah, this size here.
So, from here we can change the pagination here, ah, so we can have more options. And the system is going to tell you which ones are already added to the Backorder section.
Ah, and it should appear like this. So, if you want to add another product, let's just say I want to add this, ah, this product right here.
Let me just copy this manufacturer product number. I'm just going to add that one. Click Save. Yes, Add, and the system is going to add that to the Backorder list.
And, if you want to do a more, ah, bulky option, ah, to import all of your products, you can also use the Bulk Management option.
And you can, You can just type in, ah, the type of product you want to add here, tires, if you want to have a brand here, so it's Michelin here, you can just click Michelin and the system is going to bring you all the Michelin that match, ah, this parameter.
Ah, but if you start, ah, typing in here, let's just say you want to style specifically, so if you go into the, ah, let's just say Pilot Sport AS, the system is going to give you the ones that match this, ah, this parameters.
In this case, if we just take off the style, the system is going to take all the Michelin that match this style and we can just click Add All Matching.
Ah, and within Tire Access, so if you go here, we're just going to go into the Tire Access section, and what we're going to do here is, we're going to access is.
just to show you what it would look like. So if I type in the product, the system is going to give me this option here, Available on Request.
So this means that even though if we don't have any stock for this product, in this case, we do have, but if we had no stock, the system is still going to have this option, Available on Request, so your customers would be able to know that they have they can, uh, they can request these tires even though
there's no stock in this section. And from here, the system would allow them to just process that, uh, that product and just order that from the tire access section.
But yeah, this is basically the procedure, how you can do the backorder of products and how you can add them as zero stock in the tire access B2B module.
Uh, let me know if you have any questions and have a good day.
