0:01 Hello, in this video I'm going to be showing you how to update the price on, uh, products. So let's say I'm buying something and I want the price to be a fixed price, a specific fixed price.
0:12 Well, there's two ways. The most common and easiest way would be when you're buying something, uh, so I'm going to go ahead and create a purchase order and let's say I'm going to buy some cash from ATD and that's a poser I'm buying some 205.556 and I'm just going to pick the first tire that comes here
0:30 . So we're going to say let's, let's go with these, uh, content rentals, right? I'll let's say I'm going to buy four and I'm going to buy them at $86.90.
0:40 So here, there's this fixed price option that, uh, pretty much does like a dollar sign. You can click on it.
0:46 So this is for the cost. So it's how much it. It costs me. And if I click on the dollar sign, I'll load all my price levels.
0:53 Now, this is a demo account. Probably you're not going to have as many as, as these. But you probably are going to have default and then ecom and then, uh, something like this.
1:01 And then you're going to see also the stores, right? So if you have multiple stores, you'll be able to see multiple stores price levels.
1:07 So let's say that for my default silver pricing, I want to actually sell. All this tire at 120. I'm just going to put 120.
1:16 And I'm going to go right here to my default. I'm going to say for my default customers, I'm going to sell 100.
1:22 And for my grant customer, you know, 90 bucks, right? So now that's how you pretty much change the price, uh, one way.
1:29 When you're buying them, pricing has been updated. If I go and search the same product, uh, in another page, you will.
1:36 We'll see that that product is priced at that price. Now this is my wholesale price, but if I go ahead and search a customer and I forgot what it was, but let's say, uh, I think it was default.
1:54 Okay, so it was actually silver and that's, that's a disadvantage of having so many different price levels. So yeah, so if I click on silver, I'll see the silver.
2:00 If I see my wholesale or default price, I'll see the default price. And so that's kind of like how it went.
2:06 The other way would be for you to search the product in products and services. Here we go. Search the product and the product that you just created or you're about, you know, you want to edit the price.
2:16 You click on these three dots and you click on the dollar sign and you'll see that same page. So grand customer VIP, 90 bucks.
2:24 So same thing. If I go to my grand customer VIP, I'll see that the selling price is 90 bucks. You could go ahead and click right here and change it.
2:31 That says not 90, it's 95 instead now. So I'm going to put 95 and press enter and now my price has been changed.
2:39 Um, you can upload. If you have a whole bunch of prices that you want to upload, you don't have to do it one by one.
2:43 You would go to settings, price settings, and then you can actually do, uh, export a template. And then you would do a bulk up, uhm, well, you would import pretty much, right?
2:54 These are your fixed prices. You could at any time see what you have, you know, pretty much, uh, priced as a fixed price.
3:03 You can delete all of them at once. But again, we would recommend you export kind of like a backup and then you modify the price and then delete all these and then re-upload with the new pricing.
3:13 So, hopefully that helped and, uh, yeah, thank you for watching.
