Hello team, welcome back to another video for Tirebase. In this video we're going to see an overview of the customers module.

We're going to see the features and the functions that we currently provide for that module. So if you go to the menu here and then all the way down to the customers module.

This is the module for customers and then we can search for a customer here either by typing in the email, phone number, name.

You can search within the this box here. There's also the option for you to see active and inactive accounts if you have any inactive account.

So to go and or to make a customer inactive in this case you would have to go to any of the customers that you have here and you should be able to click the delete button here.

So basically the system is letting you know that the taxes platform that we no longer are having access to the tar axis.

Once you do this inactive or if you delete in this case the customer they won't have access to the tar axis B2B section.

So if we click yes delete the system is going to put that customer on the inactive section as you can see here.

And you can also just select the customer and click bulk edit. You click here, status. And then you select active if you want to make it active once again.

Okay, now just keep in mind if you did this and the customer had access to tar axis you you're probably going to need to access again and just give them access with the tar axis section.

We're going to see that option in a bit. But also you're going to be able to see the checkboxes as you saw we can edit in bulk customers.

for sure. So if I want to select, let's just say I have these two customers and I want to change the price level, I can do that by just selecting this customer and this one as well.

What we're going to do is we're going to go to bulk edit, we're going to select price level, and we're going to select the price level we want to assign to those customers.

So if I go here retail, okay, I'm gonna click add and see system is going to make those modifications automatically in bulk, and you can do that with all customers if you want to, or you can just select specific ones.

Also, the option for bulk edit allows you to change the tax rate in this case if you want to apply a tax rate for those customers specifically.

And as I mentioned before, the status, you can also make an active in bulk for your customers. Also, we have the option for actions here.

If you go here, you're going to be able to delete, as you saw in a moment. You're also going to have the option to edit the customer.

Uh, uh, once you click here, you can, you can access the customer's information, modify price level, tax rate. You can also modify the, the addresses, billing address, email, phone number, all that information you can make, eh, eh, modifications here.

Uh, and there's also the option for you to see the customer details, basically, it's going to give you access to the customer, so, you can also do that by just clicking on the name of the customer, and it's going to give you the same results, going to give you the details for the customer.

Okay, so, that's for, uh, the customers, uh, if, if we see, uh, an overall view for, for the section of customers, and there's also the AR statements.

So, in this case, this is a customer accounts receivables, uh, so, you're going to have all of your terms customers here in this section, uh, displayed, and you can also select multiple of these, and send account statement, uh, for your customers in this case.

So, once you select the ones you want to send statements, you can just click send account statement, and the system's going to, uh, make those, uh, uh, it's going to send those notifications or emails in this case.

Shit. Also, we have the option, uh, to have customer tags, so you can create your own customer tags and assign them to your customers, and the way it would work is, uh, you can just type in or add any tag in here.

As you can see, we have several of these here, and if you want to assign them, you can just, uh, go to the quick lookup option, uh, and then you can type in the name or, uh, the email, and it's going to bring you all the customers, and from here, you can just, uh, type in and, uh, uh, the ones you want

to add, uh, basically to that, to that customer, so if you got this customer, uh, as in, uh, Facebook ad or something like that, you can just click save, and the system is going to apply that, uh, tag automatically to that customer, and you can also see that, so if I, uh, copy this, uh, customer's name

and I go to customers, basically, the system is going to give me, uh, the tags attached next to the, uh, next to the price level, and you're going to be able to see that, uh, those tags, uh, displayed in this section as well.

Okay, there's also the payment section, you're going to be able to see all payments made for customers in this section, and you can also have, uh, the revert option in this, uh, place.

Uh, you can also export, uh, payments to Excel if you want to do that, Uh, if you want to have that information in, uh, an Excel sheet file.

And you can also consult, uh, basically on the print option, uh, that specific payment, you can see the displayed, uh, how it is displayed, what's the payment, uh, method, and what's the entry, who, who, who did that, uh, basically, uh, in, in the system.

But yeah, this is for the payment section and if we go into any cafe customer. So let's just, uh, open up a customer here.

Okay. And from here, uh, as you can see, there's a lot of information or, uh, sections that we just added, uh, to the customer module for each customer.

So here we have the edit button. We can make modifications on the, if it's COD or terms customer, the credit limit, the terms.

Uh, there's also the information, We just said before on, uh, tax rates and price levels. You can make those modifications here and your tax should be displayed also in this, uh, in this place.

Uh, we're also going to have the option to overwrite credit limit if you want to do that in this, in this place.

And we also have the add new card. So if you want to add a card, uh, on file in here, uh, to process payments, you can also do that, uh, with this button here.

Uh, we also have the pay now option. So as you can see, we have the balance. We also have the credit or the unapplied payment, uh, for the customer.

This is credit for them to apply, uh, to our orders. We also have, uh, the overall total balance in this case.

Uh, if you select in here, the, if you don't see any information in here and it says spending, this means that this is a customer, a COD or cash on delivery customer.

So I would recommend you to click on the all so you can see all of them, uh, in order. So if they've been paid or they've been, uh, uh, if they're pending, they're going to display in this section and you can also consult or, or see the reference of each invoice by clicking on the number of the invoice

. You can also see the payment status as you can see here. And this filter option is going to allow you to, uh, have the exact results that you're looking for so if you want to just see invoices you want to see the ones that are pending, uh, you can also select, uh, the date range in here so if you want

to see just for, uh, for all time or, or if you want to see just for a specific period, you can also select other parameters here.

And you can also select the stores if you want to see all stores or if you just want to see one.

And by clicking, uh, the magnifier, uh, uh, logo here, the system's going to bring you all those, uh, uhm, with this parameter.

The parameters previously selected is going to give you all the information as you can see here. Okay. Also, you can send this information, uh, or print it in this case as a PDF or an Excel file.

And you can also send it to the customer's email in this case. Okay. There's also the option for you to go to the Payment Now option.

And if you have, uh, credit, uh, memos, you can select them from here. So as you can see, they're displayed in this area.

And you can also search, uh, by date, or if you want to just, uh, to, to keep track of, of a specific date, you can just click, let's just say we want, uh, from the 11th to the 20th.

The system's going to give us all that range. So I just clicked on the 11th, and then I clicked on the 20th, and the system gave me that, uh, date range.

So if I click Save, the system is only going to bring me that information. So as you can see, we have, uh, no filters here.

So if I click, uh, credit memo in this case, and I click an invoice, this is the way on how you can apply a credit memo to an invoice.

Then you can click Save, and basically the, the system's going to give you that, uh, it's going to apply that payment, uh, with that credit memo selected.

Uh, there's also the option for you to export and excel payments. So if you want to make a, a payment on bulk, uh, you can also use this option.

And if you want, once you make those modifications on balances, you can then go in, uh, as an import Excel payments, and then you can apply that, those payments in bulk.

Um, also we have the option for you to, uh, see the transactions. This is a new tab that we added.

Uh, you're going to be able to see all of the transactions made in here, uh, for this customer specifically. So if it was involved in, in an order, it's going to be displayed in this transactions section.

There's also the payment section, but this is only for the customer. We're going to have all of them payments, uh, done here.

And we can also revert them from here. So if you don't see the revert option, it means, uh, it might be, uh, previous to the, uh, period we, uh, make the implementation to reverse payments.

But, uh, this is how you can reverse them, uh, by clicking on the revert button here. Uh, filters also is going to, uh, give you, uh, advantage in this case.

So if you want to select a specific date and just verify the payments for that specific period, you can also do that.

And also we're going to have the, the section for vehicles, as you can see. And practically here, we can add any vehicle, uh, by just clicking add, selecting the state and license plate and click search using Carfax, or you can also manually fill the information for the vehicle.

Uh, there's also the, uh, the location section, and we also added a, an email to the, to the location. So you can also have a location per email.

I mean, per, uh, an email per location in this case, and you can add the information, uh, for those locations in this, uh, in this section.

And there's also, uh, the tire access option. So if you're using the B2 B option tire access, uh, here's where you can create your customer's email or account in this case, so they can access, uh, your inventory through tire access, uh, by simply clicking the add button, put out all the information,

uh, given them access, and then you can enable basically the customer, uh, or cancel or disable the access as well in this section.

Uh, and finally, we have the historical data, uh, tab, uh, which is, if you have a, uhm, previous, uh, invoices or orders, uh, previous to access to, uh, having your tire base, uh, POS system, uh, if you have those orders there and you want to import them, uh, you can import them in this section as well

. This is done by, uh, data migration option, uh, but if you want to verify where that information was imported, you can just go to the historical data of the customer, you're going to be able to see all of them orders, uh, in here displayed.
