Hello team, welcome back to another video for Tirebase. In this video, we're going to see how to create categories, brands, styles, ah, within Tirebase.
So, ah, this video should be, ah, a, an easy one. So, let's go and select the Products and Services module here.
And from here, what we're going to do is, we're going to go to Categories here. And as you can see, you have several categories here.
Categories, these are, ah, the categories you have currently within your system. You're going to see two buttons, the Edit one and the Delete one.
If you click the Edit one, you're going to be able to, ah, modify the name itself and also a description in case you want to add any sort of description, ah, to that specific tire.
Ah, I mean, in this case, for that category. Ah, also, if you go to Brands, ah, in this case, you're going to see, ah, several modifications we did.
Ah, you're going to be able to see your active brands, as you can see here, and your inactive brands, in case you have any inactive, ah, brands.
And, and by doing this, is, ah, you can select any of these brands here, ah, and select, ah, the Disable, ah, button here.
So, once you click the Disable button, the system is going to ask you for, ah, for permission if you, if you're sure you want to, ah, delete that, ah, specific brand.
You can either click Yes, Disable, and once you do that, the system's going to send that to the Inactive section.
Ah, also, ah, there's another, ah, checkbox we added, which is the Don't Apply Services. So, if you have specific brands that you don't want, ah, the, the services to be applied to them, ah, which, if we go to the Services section, and we select any, it.
Any of these, ah, you're going to be able to see the Apply Rules section, ah, so let's just say you have this service which applies, ah, this specific service to certain rules, ah, you can make that modification for brands also, so they won't apply services to, to certain brands, ah, but this is an option
as well, ah, if you wanted to check, ah, this, this checkbox here. Ah, so it won't apply services. Also, the option for Disable, it works the same, ah, with brands, just keep in mind, ah, that if you disable a brand, it's not going to be showing in the Products and Services section, so just, ah, be careful
with this button and just use it whenever you want to disable any wrong or duplicated brand that you spotted, ah, within the system.
Also, if we go to Styles, ah, you're going to be able to see, ah, the Styles, we currently offer, and if you want to add a new one, you can just click on the Add, ah, section, and type in the name, and then, ah, specify the link brand, ah, for that specific style that you're adding.
And what we did is, we added, ah, for Styles, we added the image, ah, if you want to have an image for a product, ah, you can just select the style and select, ah, the image that section, ah, click in, in this section here, and the system's going to allow you to upload an image from your computer or
your device, or, ah, select a URL or a, a link, ah, from the other side, so you can import, in this case, the image, and the system would display the image, as you can see in this section.
Ah, it would work the same as in the, products and services section, ah, regarding images. You can just click the plus button if you want to add another image, and the system would add that.
Also, make sure, ah, if you selected, ah, this image for paint and body supplies, in this case, for this style, ah, what the system's going to do is it's going to update all styles, ah, for that image specifically.
You also have the, the disable button here, ah, for, for styles. You can also, once you select that, ah, the system's going to go to the inactive, it's going to take those, ah, styles to the inactive section.
Ah, but yeah, normally, if you want to, ah, create a new brand, you can just click the add button as well, type in the name, type in the description if you want to, and also, ah, there's the option for don't apply services right from the back whenever you create a new brand, ah, from scratch.
Ah, But once you create the, the brand, and once you create the style, you get the option, basically, ah, to link those, ah, with the link brand option.
